The Therapist//Professional Counselor is responsible for conducting treatment for patients within Rogers Behavioral Health as detailed. They are also responsible for training and working with the assigned clinical supervisor to design and implement specific behavioral interventions for those with behavioral health concerns, such as Anxiety, OCD, Mood, Eating Disorders, and any of the many other concerns treated by Rogers Behavioral Health.

Required Skills Master degree required, preferably in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology or other related degree
Licensure as a Mental health Counselor (LMHC,) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT,) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required
Licensure as a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) or Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) is required.
Attend and participate in organizational training under the direction of the clinical program director prior to working with patients. Time and training to be determined by the clinical program director.
Experience in a clinical setting, may be interchangeable with other related settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CPI training is required with sixty (60) days of the date of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required.
Compliance with RCC and CBRF employee requirements.
