The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst has a deep understanding of electronic health records and the ability to analyze and understand business problems in order to make clinical solution or application recommendations. nThe Senior Clinical Systems Analyst facilitates and manages application solutions to align with clinical applications standards and best practices for use within the facility. This individual provides data and input to support standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans for clinical applications.nn Provide leadership in the optimal operation of clinical applications and systemsn Lead clinical applications system development release cycles and projectsn Lead ongoing alignment of clinical applications systems to support business operations and goalsn Continually seek, demonstrate, and share knowledge in the information technology field to result in optimum expertise and resources for HazeldennnQualificationsnRequired Qualifications:nn Bacheloru2019s Degree or equivalent to 6 years related work experience with support, troubleshooting, and analysis of technology applications and systemsn 5 years of progressive responsibility in technology solutions analysis, support and troubleshooting, including support of multiple complex applicationsn 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with process improvement and systems thinkingnnPreferred Qualifications:nn Progressive responsibility in electronic health record analysis, design, and development life cyclen Cerner Millennium design, build, testing, implementation, and support experiencen Professional license in Healthcare/Behavioral Healthcare (e.g., LADC, RN, BSN, LP)n Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practicesn Experience in healthcare field, including behavioral healthn Experience with lean tools, methodology and principlesn Project Management Experiencen
