POSITION: RN CLINICAL SPECIALIST - FULL TIME DAYS - 4 IP SURGICAL (NONCRITICAL) FULL TIME DAYS
POSITION SUMMARY (INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
The Registered Nurse is a member of the Nurse Leadership Team. The SPEC is responsible for service and quality excellence and the implementation of the provision of patient care based upon the nursing process and in compliance with hospital policies, processes, protocols and procedures. SPEC provides organizational assistance and guidance with performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness functions. Completes a competency skills checklist within 3 months of employment. Completes CPI within 90 days. Obtains National Certification within 9 months of hire, transfer, and/or currently in the position.
