Description Operations Manager is responsible for providing oversight and supervision to a clinical team. Team manages all utilization management for Cigna Behavioral. In addition the manager will have responsibility for non-licensed administrative roles aligned to them. Operations Manager will also take point on enterprise initiatives, representing the organization in decision making and matrix partner relationship building. Major Duties Clinical and Operational Leadership Has oversight and responsibility for utilization targets, engagement and customer satisfaction. Ensures appropriate staffing levels are in place across teams. Coordinates and facilitates weekly team meetings, implements workflows, develop and coach staff, participate in developing strategy, change leader, and manage for a high performance team. Meets the overall financial target of the operating unit through the successful execution of clinical, service and administrative results. Works closely with our network partners. Aligns on initiatives tied to HCP and facility contracting results. Implements an integrated team approach to positively impact utilization and quality measures. Contributes to the enhancement and design of the clinical programs and innovations. Consistently demonstrates the behaviors and attitude that contribute to a positive workplace. Promotes a customer-focused attitude with the work unit through: Resolution of client issues Modeling service excellence care management Participation in customer relations and sales activities Demonstrates strong presentation skills Participates with other management staff in the development, implementation and compliance monitoring of clinical and quality management protocols, policies and procedures. Consults with and supervises staff in these functional areas: Care Management\/Level of Care Determinations Customer Focused Coaching Crisis Assessments\/Interventions Manages team personnel through: Interviewing and Hiring of qualified staff Coordination\/support of on-the-job training component of new employee orientation Evaluation of staff and implementation of staff development plans \u00a0Enterprise Initiatives Will lead and engage in enterprise initiatives, representing the organization and teams. Tasks will include coverage and planning for enterprise meetings, matrix partner agreements, budget considerations, product design impacts, and employee and customer impacts.
