The Clinical Systems Analyst serves as a key resource for requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of a broad set of clinical solutions and applications. The Clinical Systems Analyst has a deep understanding of applications/solutions within enterprise electronic health records and the ability to analyze and understand business problems in order to make clinical solution or application recommendations.
The Clinical Systems Analyst facilitates and manages applications/solutions to align with clinical applications standards and best practices for use within Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. This individual provides data and input to the Clinical Applications leadership to support standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans for applications/solutions.
Ensure optimal operation of clinical applications/solutions.
Participate in clinical applications release cycles and organizational projects that involve clinical application/solution design, build, test, and implementation.
Continually seek, demonstrate, and share knowledge in the information technology field to result in optimum expertise and resources for Hazelden.
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in technical field or 8 years directly applicable experience with enterprise electronic health record solutions and architecture, including support of multiple complex applications required
4 years of demonstrated proficiency with process improvement and systems thinking
Experience with electronic health record analysis, design, and development life cycle
Cerner Millennium solution design, build, testing, implementation, and support experience
Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices
Experience in healthcare field, including behavioral health
Project Management Experience
