Provide technical, educational,
operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Heart
Failure sales and customer service objectives. CRHF seeks candidates who
will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the

systems by being accountable, having a voice and taking action.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE - POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Successfully completes CRHFField Technical Training - including online and field-based training
Performs checks/interrogationsof all CRHF medical device systems post sign-off
Supports implants of all CRHFproducts post sign-off
Provides on-call support asneeded on evenings and weekends post sign-off
Provide troubleshootingsupport as requested
Assures completion of patientregistration and any other required hospital documentation
Helps manage consignmentinventory and trunk inventory once obtained
Provides additional inventorysupport to meet customer needs
Maintains software onprogrammers throughout the district as directed
Assists with managing dailycoverage logistics as needed
Educates and trainsphysicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products or solutions forwhich training has been completed
Assists with educating andtraining new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off
Partners with DSM, Sales Repsand DM to learn market dynamics and local customer motivations and needs; has abasic understanding of how Medtronic CRHF products and solutions offer value tothe customer
Assists with obtainingcustomer POs throughout the quarter
Has a basic understanding ofthe competitive landscape
Independently identifiescustomer needs and opportunities and provides feedback to Sales Rep(s) tosupport sales objectives
Ongoing Technical Development
Stays up to date on newproducts, solutions and patient management offerings
Completes all assignedtraining in a timely manner
Performs other related dutiesas assigned
**MUST HAVE - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

A High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experiencein the healthcare or engineering field, OR
An Associates Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of workexperience in the healthcare or engineering field, OR
A Bachelors Degree PLUS a minimum of 1 year of work experience,OR
A Bachelors Degree in engineering or biomedical/life sciences,OR
A Bachelors Degree and currently enrolled in a certificateprogram from a pacing school like ATI or PrepMD
**NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
A Bachelors Degree PLUS a minimum of 1 year of work experiencein the healthcare or engineering field
A Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering
Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
Expertise with Microsoft tools
Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects ina fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadline

Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals andoffsite meetings. While performing theduties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independentlymobile
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation
ClinicalSpecialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to beavailable as unscheduled needs arise. CSs are required to work a number ofweekend and holidays during the quarter, as determined by local management. Weeknight call coverage is the primaryresponsibility of the Sales Rep, however, at times, business and/orgeographical needs require a CS to be scheduled for week night coverage asapproved by regional management.
Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurancepolicy. In addition, your driving recordwill be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application
Minimum travel of 10%
