Utilize your Clinical Nutrition and/or Nursing expertise and interpersonal skills as a Clinical Marketing Specialist for the growing Clinical Nutrition - Supplements and Enteral Devices category within the Nutrition & Pharmaceutical division at Medline. The responsibilities of this role include educating customers, who are considering or have purchased Medlines nutrients or devices on how to use these products correctly, continuously updating Medlines Nutrition Program with the latest recommendations from accreditation and regulatory bodies, and creating and executing studies to show improved outcomes among customers using Medlines program. Your expertise will also influence product design and program development CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Educate Medline customers, remotely or on site, that are using or considering using Medlines Clinical Nutrition Program & Products * Direct, schedule, and coordinate Medlines Clinical Nutrition Program implementations and/or in-service training * Maintain knowledge of industry organizations, including state and federal laws and regulations, governing nutrition programs and apply knowledge to program updates * Conduct webinars or conference presentations as-needed * Utilize your clinical expertise, insight and real-world feedback to continuously innovate Medlines Clinical Nutrition Program * Accompany sales representatives during conference calls and/or field visits for the purpose of providing clinical expertise on Medline nutrition products and programs. * Build productive long lasting relationships with Medline sales reps and customers * Assist with field training/education of post-acute and acute care sales force representatives 2-4 times per year BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Certification / Licensure * Current RN license (in good standing). Additional RD credentialing a plus. Relevant Work Experience * At least 3 years direct patient care nursing experience. Additional * Strong presentation skills and effective communication skills both internally (with other Medline sales representatives) and externally (customers and other partners). * Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills. * Experience assessing and responding productively to change in a timely manner. * Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Willing to travel up to 50-75% of the time nationally. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education * MSN or related graduate degree in healthcare. Relevant Work Experience * Previous experience participating in or leading a clinical nutrition program. Certification / Licensure * ASPEN Professional level certification a plus.
