Guide design of Clinical studies to meet project objectives and regulatory standards and to optimize study size. Ensure continuity and consistency and leverage therapeutic area expertise as Project Biostatistician, operating independently to manage all Clinical statistical activities within a project. Ensure achievement of major statistical deliverables and milestones in coordination with other functions including Clinical, Statistical Programming, and Data Management Pursue and apply industry innovations and comply with shifts in regulatory landscape. Requirements: Master\u2019s degree in Statistics\/Biostatistics from an accredited institution required; Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution preferred A minimum of three (3) (Ph.D.) or six (6) (M.S.) years of experience as a Biostatistician is required for a Biostatistician role. A minimum of six (6) (Ph.D.) or ten (10) (M.S.) years of experience as a Biostatistician is required for a Senior Biostatistician role. Experience in clinical research is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical, animal health, or agricultural science industry is highly desirable. Proficiency with SAS, including SAS\/GRAPH, is required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Competency with R, StatGraphics, and StatXact\/LogXact, as well as with relevant aspects of clinical data management systems, is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as well-developed organizational skills and ability to multi-task are essential.
