CRC (Clinical Research Coordinator):The primary task of a Clinical Research Coordinator is to lead (conduct) Clinical Trials in an accurate and efficient manner. To perform all the duties associated with acting as a CRC for, a CRC should be a relatively autonomous worker that requires little supervision and has a willingness to take on responsibility and to be accountable for those responsibilities. Each CRC must perform the duties listed below.Lead Investigational Trials*-includes, but not limited to:Contribute useful strategies during investigator meetings, Site Initiation Visits, Interim Monitoring Visits, and Closeout VisitsServe as regulatory specialist for the Trial, including submission of all applicable Regulatory/Study Start-up documentation to all appropriate entities (Sponsor, IRB, CRA, etc.)Create and Maintain source documents and complete CRFs (Paper documents or remote data entry)Recruit, consent and coordinate Subjects in the Trial according to the guidelines laid forth in the Study Protocol-including on-site visits with SubjectsCollect, analyze, enter and maintain records and statistics of study SubjectsProvide proactive and professional communication between on-site Investigators, Sponsors, Research Coordinators, Subjects, Monitors, IRB and vendors in all facets of the study (See Communication Etiquette, page 28 of Study Manual)Perform blood draws and complete the processing and shipment of blood samples, collect and record vital signs, conduct ECGs and obtain printouts, urinalysis, Drug Accountability, and regulated storage of Investigational Drug(s) and blood samplesDetermine which data is reportable and specified per the Study Protocol and review data in Subject charts for content and completenessClarify data queries in Source Documents, paper CRFs, RDE (Remote Data Entry), and Regulatory BindersReview and understand Medical Histories and laboratory results Collate data from medical centers, as required, according to HIPAA guidelinesMUST BE OPEN TO RELOCATING TO REDDING, CA About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
